What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).”


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

CONSIGN BUT WITHOUT THE WORK!!

VIP Consignors have great items but prefer to have another consignor do their preparation, pricing, and item check-in for them.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You provide clean, wrinkle-free outgrown children's clothing, toys, baby equipment, gear, books, puzzles, etc. All in great working condition with very little wear and tear.

Your Processor will pick up your items, hang, tag, price, enter, place your barcodes on the items and check your items into the event.

You get a pass to shop both the private PreSale and the Half Price PreSale at the Consignor times before the public so you get early choices of merchandises and pricing.

Please note, your unsold items WILL NOT be returned to you. If you would like your items back you are required to come pick up all unsold items at the end of our event during consignor pick-up.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR VIP SERVICE?

VIP Service is Year - Round Want it out? Fill out the form and we will schedule a pick up. Note: The service is however, First-come, First-serve when we get close to our events. Spots are limited so don't delay.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Your items must be clean and include all parts to be accepted.

All clothes and shoes need to be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed.

In Fall events, we will accept pants, long sleeves, sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas themed clothing, Halloween Costumes, school appropriate shorts and short sleeve shirts, sleds.

We will also accept name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks and Chacos.

In our Spring Events, we accept tank tops, sun dresses, swim suits, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water toys, Easter or 4th of July themed clothing. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. We accept school uniforms, swimwear, denim, shorts and short sleeve shirts year-round. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors do not have the storage space or the capacity to return items that do not meet quality standards. If items auto-donated exceed two regular sized grocery bags, there is a $15 excessive sorting fee.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers) Please no plush toys unless they are a character (Disney, Elmo, etc.) or Battery operated.

Customers love BRAND NAME & BOUTIQUE BRANDS! Although we do not limit our brands at this time, please focus on high quality, name brand items.

ARE THERE ITEM LIMITS?

There is a Junior Girls clothing limit of 25 items per Consignor numbers (there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.

Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall/Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

Shoes are only accepted if they are in very clean condition. Rhea Lana's will accept sandals, flip flops, white dress shoes, water shoes, tennis shoes and rain boots. All shoes must be in clean, excellent condition.
